Our Beer

Traditional Lagers

We take extreme pride in our lagers, and believe that utilizing traditional methods makes a difference. Worldwide, lager is on a 300-year winning streak and that’s no accident, as they are some of the most drinkable and reliable styles on the planet. As a result, all of our lagers are produced using traditional ingredients, as well as time honored techniques including complex mashing procedures, precise adjustments in fermentation temperature, natural carbonation, and extended cold maturation before packaging. Is it a pain in the butt? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Pioneer Czech Pilsner

4.6% abv

A classic “Svetly Lezak” (Czech Pale Lager), this crisp Pilsner features floor malted pilsner malt from the Czech republic, and just enough Noble hops to provide a beautiful and supremely drinkable balance.

Hay Bale Munich Helles Lager

5.2% abv

The quintessential Bavarian Lager, with a slightly amplified malt profile and subdued German hop balance, this classic lager is built for drinkability and refreshment.

Vienna Lager

4.4% abv

An Old World Amber Lager, our Vienna features a slightly bolder malt profile with subtle notes of toffee and caramel on top of an exceptionally drinkable European classic.

Seasonal Lagers

In addition to our flagship lagers, we produce quarterly seasonal offerings that range from European Dark Lagers to crisp West Coast Pilsners and everything in between! Check out our current tap list to find out more.

Exceptional Ales

While we certainly love our lagers, modern brewing has taken the world of Ale to the next level, and we have an equally strong passion for producing exciting and innovative offerings, as well as classic craft beer styles that hit the spot. We produce everything from traditional European styles like Bavarian wheat beers and Belgian farmhouse ales to modern American hop bombs and everything in between. Our flagship offerings reflect a reverence for the styles that fueled the modern craft beer movement, and our seasonals and small batch Ales provide an outlet for the more adventurous craft beer drinker to enjoy styles that are at the forefront of modern craft brewing today.

Inlet’s End West Coast IPA

6.2% abv

A love letter to the hop bombs that drove the craft beer revolution, our West Coast IPA features all the classic notes of citrus and pine one expects from a west coast style India Pale Ale.

Camp Stove Robust Porter

5.0% abv

An American take on the English working man’s pint of choice, our Robust Porter offers all the roasty, chocolatey notes one expects from the style, but maintains an exceptional level of drinkability for those who remember that Porter was a style meant to be enjoyed at length with friends and coworkers.

Palmer-weisse Bavarian Hefeweizen

4.9% abv

This beer was born out of frustration. Bavarian style wheat beers have a signature character, with massive notes of banana and subtle clove and incredible drinkability. Most US made “hefs” fall well short of expectations in this regard. In an homage to classic German wheat beers, our Hefeweizen is produced using traditional methods, specific yeast varietals, and is highly carbonated to elicit the effervescent drinkability characteristic of the style.

Confluence Hazy IPA

5.0% abv

We wanted to create a classic New England style juice bomb. So we did. We also wanted to drink a lot of them. So we packed in a ridiculous amount of aroma hops into a 5% package. We also double dry hopped it to make sure we hit the mark for the unmistakable lupulin-laden aroma of the style from the moment the can pops open.

Seasonals and Small Batch

The reliability of flaghip offerings is great. But brewing is nothing if not a craft of innovation and experimentation. As a result, we produce continually rotating seasonal offerings, as well as small batch beers that are limited to our taproom and a select few bottle shops and retailers. These include more obscure styles, experimental style-melding one offs, and barrel aged beers for them more adventurous consumer. These styles constantly rotate in our taproom, but some customer favorites often re-appear.

Seasonal Offerings

Our seasonal offerings appear roughly quarterly and are designed to evoke a sense of time and place reminiscent of the season. From darker, heavier winter styles to the crisp and refreshing options summer demands, you can find a style to satisfy that sense of seasonal nostalgia (or tame that seasonal affective disorder) here.

Small Batch/Limited Release

While we love brewing every style we make, sometimes you just need to have fun. We do so by creating innovative and experimental offerings regularly to pour in our taproom (test lab?) and offer limited runs of cans to specialty bottle shops and retailers. Could be a niche classic, could be non-sensical madness. Only one way to find out!

Barrel Aged Beer

While we certainly love drinkability (did you catch that yet?) the beer world would be incomplete without the magical influence of barrel aging. Whether its a massive bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout for dessert, or the nuanced complexity of a white wine barrel aged Brett Saison, barrel aging in all it’s glory is a must. These offerings may change from year to year, but some favorites are released yearly at various intervals.

Obscure Styles

Ever sat down to enjoy a nice Zwickelbier or watched the sun set while sipping on a Czech Polotmavy? The world of beer is endless, and myriad cultures around the globe have produced styles that deserve to spend some time in your glass! So we decided to produce some of them as well! These offerings rotate regularly, but some may re-appear on occasion.
