Born out of 20 years of brewing and craft beer enthusiasm, as well as a lifetime of love for the Palmer community, Palmer Brewing Company is the realization of dream.

MEET THE TEAM

Frank & Seina Bell
Founders/GM

Frank and Seina met in college in 2011, and Seina had little choice but to integrate herself into Frank’s already longstanding passion for brewing beer and the craft beer community in Alaska. After winning countless awards and numerous Best of Show honors in the home brewing world, Frank and Seina started a family in 2019 and are raising two beautiful daughters right here in Palmer, Alaska. After years of working in both the Mental Health field and Engineering and Surveying, they decided to take a chance and try to make their dream a reality in 2025, and opened Palmer Brewing Company.

Jeremiah Boone
Head Brewer

Jeremiah (We call him “Jables” around here) has been spent 17 years in the Alaska craft beer world as a professional brewer and Head Brewer. He has worked for some of your other favorite breweries in Alaska during that time, including Anchorage Brewing Company, King Street Brewing, Resolution Brewing, as well as a stint as the Head Brewer at Midnight Sun Brewing Company, his beers winning numerous awards over the years. Jeremiah brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to the craft to PBC, but most importantly, he brings an incredible passion for making craft beer. He is also a husband and father of two wonderful kids, and is an essential part of the PBC team.

Palmer Brewing Company operates on a 10bbl Portland MetalCraft direct fire brewhouse. We brew lagers and ales using traditional methods, natural carbonation, and in-house yeast propagation.
